I've seen one instance of a team's trailer being close enough to a wall that an empty cell was scored by pushing it through the hole into the trailer.

I was under the impression that you could choose which cells you lost in a penalty (in which case it would be beneficial to lose an empty cell, then a supercell, alternating)
