If you plan on posting lots of pictures, I'd suggest creating an account on a free photo sharing site (
photobucket,
flickr, etc) or uploading them to
tinypic.
For occasional use, you can also attach photos and documents to posts. Beneath the posting options, there is a section labelled "Attach Files" with a button reading "Manage Attachments."
