We had that same circuit breaker problem that one time with us also. The robot was definitely turned on as we got a voltage before the match on the driver station but once the match started our robot was off. When we went to look, the breaker had been slightly sprung open. We taped it closed next match and had no problems, replaced it later. We probably had a similar issue, funny that it was at a similar time.
