Yeah, I saw that happen right in front of me (I was one of the refs). When I asked someone they said, "Yeah, they had low voltage on the battery, they said they must have grabbed a partially charged battery".

I immediately thought, "Hmm, could be a bad cell". I've heard/seen it happen with the robot batteries but usually on an older battery. Just think about some of the impacts these batteries see. I'm not sure they were designed for such things...
