I'm not talking about the 20 minutes of power outage - I can't believe anyone would think I'd blame that on anything other than the burned up breaker that caused it. I'm talking about the 45+ minutes afterwards that the field could not be restarted and wouldn't work, despite the obvious multiple restarts of the whole system by the field crew (who did an excellent job dealing with the situation).
