Buzz U!

Coach on team #639, Red B^2, from Ithaca High School and Cornell University.

I want to publicly thank team 175 Buzz for setting up the Buzz U. site last year. This site greatly assisted me in finding other students at my college, which ultimately resulted in us starting a team.

April being the month when most high school seniors decide where to go to College, I also wanted to explain what the site does. It allows any graduating high school student, college student, or alumni to list their name and email next to their college. For example, if you are a high school senior named Estragon and you plan on going to the University of Arizona, you could add this info to the Buzz U database, and others going to that school would be able to find your name on the list. That way, you can contact people during the summer before you even get there. It doesn't matter if the team already exists or not -- this is a way to get in touch with FIRST people from a particular college. Anyway, check it out -- it's an awesome site and a great tool. Also please forward the site in an email to all the graduating seniors on your team. The link is below.

Thanks Buzz!
Patrick
