although having mentors is good.....you dont HAVE to HAVE them...
It's just easier to get everything done
as for graduating students.....all but 2 of 1557's students are underclassmen, and the two that graduated last year came back
......we handle basically everything we can in running the team(meeting times,schedules..etc..) but our mentors some of the stuff too(community contacts, sposors,recruting new mentors..etc... )....pretty much..it'd be hard without them...
