I am sorry to hear that things are not going well for your team.
I understand having trouble with people but please make sure that this is the only other option. You don't want to make a radical decision that will only complicate things.
You mentioned having students running things. This does not sound like the best ideas. It is vital that you have support from engineers, teachers, parents, and other members of the community to help your team maintain peace and be successful in the new season.
Don't forget what the purpose of this program is all about
: learning about science and technology. You need a good support system to do this.
