I know some teams who have been rather dependant on the NASA grant due to lack of sponsors in their area have it tough after their 2nd year when they are no longer eligable for the grant. (If my info about that is incorrect i'm sorry) its sad but true.

The Rush-Henrietta school district tried to do a similar thing with Team 1930, where they wanted us to re-organize the team because at that time and throughout 1930's history it was very unorganized. Although we pushed and pushed and we're eventually allowed to build that year. All in all I'm glad to hear that the majority of "disbanded" or "folded" teams have students that continue to push on through the FIRST program.
