Bill,

The toughness of the year has nothing to do with how we
finished. In fact, we have had a GREAT year measured
by any objective standard based only on outcomes.

The process this year was tougher than ever.

As I am sure many folks reading this know only too
well, it takes a lot of energy to keep a large
volunteer organization running. This year it took more
energy than ever.

I don't really what to rehash it here, but trust me, it
was a tough year for Chief Delphi.

Balancing home, work, and FIRST is not an easy task.

I am not saying it wasn't worth it, just that it was hard.
