I'm going to be in attendance and helping out if Kathie needs anything.
The meetings are awesome. All kinds of questions are asked and answered regarding the non-engineering aspects of running a team such as how to better organize the financial needs, budgets, travel, fundraising, team building ends of things. It's a great opportunity to learn, share experiences, and to meet folks.
(Andrew, I don't know about the recording of the meeting for those who can't attend. That sounds like a good question for Kathie.
