We discovered in our first year that there is never a "good time" since NEMO covers all the FIRST programs and mentors are either busy volunteering, coaching, chaperoning, attending the conferences, feeding the troops, or having to leave with the rest of the team as soon as the day's matches are done. So we have decided to just pick a time each year and try to match it to room availability. I understand your dissappointment because my volunteering duties have prevented me from attending the entire meetings the last few years, and Jenny has graciously run the meeting single-handedly. This year she is not attending Championships
but I am only volunteering on Wednesday, so I can attend the whole thing. If your schedule allows, please try and drop in for a few moments between matches.
