Thanks to all the teams who came by to admire the awards, they really did come out great. The choices certainly weren't easy with all the great robots and I developed a new level respect for what the judges have to go through at an event like Championships.

We gave the Powerhouse Award to HOT 67 for their amazing run this entire season. They really were unbeatable. We gave the Engineering Excellence Award to the Holy Cows 1538 who had and amazingly clean and elegantly designed robot. The quality was unmatched, and facing them in the semi-finals only enforced this decision. We gave team RUSH 27 the Supreme Team award after being absolutely blown away by their team structure, outreach, and success on & off the field. They really do have the total package going for them. The Advance Technology award was given to HAMMOND 71 who incorporated fans into their crab module. Coming from a team who builds crab, this innovative design feature surprised and impressed us.
