Team 111 had some really sweet ones that used rubber o-rings on each of the little rollers, we used 1" diameter washers fo ours but the principle is the same. If someone from 111 can chime in it looked like theirs were two 1/4" circular plates sanwiched together with an area for the shafts milled on each before they were sandwiched, I also saw a few that looked like the rollers were made out of rubber but I don't know what they used out of small parts to make them. All in all they work great I can send some pictures of wildstangs that they let me take if you need em
