If I remember correctly - Tyler - we changed suppliers of the "shelf-liner" material: Contact versus Kittrich. Also, we used Gel Contact Cement originally -- made by DAP. Our new belt used 4 minute spray contact cement from 3M. The sheddling of the belt did not happen in either NJ or NYC.
Lesson learned: do not change suppliers without adequate testing.
