Re: What do you guys do with your old robots?

was a very rookie robot and only the chassis survived for a two or three years.
was a tank of a chassis and was all welded so it's chassis survived for many years but may have been chopped down to a base for some purpose or other.
I am drawing a blank
was the year that the drive system made it nearly impossible to drive but once again the drive base was welded and still survives with each year on the option list to be used as a motorized robot cart.
Regional Champion with 118 & 231 has been refitted with steel pipe air storage and barrel for tee shirt cannon use at football games and most recently minor league baseball.
Was an omni-wheel kiwi drive that was really cool and rebuilt while in Atlanta due to shipping damage that most likely resulted in the 2007 rule about crate design being added to the team shipping manual. Was recently used to test IFI Mecanum wheels, though not finished. Conveyor design was used to design this year's robot.
used for the Beta test this fall of the cRIO
alive and working, used for demo purposes as the boxing gloves are way to cool.
still waiting to get it back from Atlanta.
