Over the internet, you need to configure the router to send port 80 traffic to the computer that has the repos on it, then google what is my ip, and click teh first result, and (pretending it is 72.123.852.95) you would enter in the new repos location box
http://72.123.852.95/svn
I would look at the help on it to (in the help menu, and google svn book) learn about commiting, updating and stuff
