The tricky thing is too that people have different views of what "old" means. To some it's a thread that's 4 months old and to others it's one that's a year or more. I'm on an automotive forum that most people consider a thread that's 2 months old........old. I don't agree with it but, eh (shrugs), that's how it is.
Molten has a good point that it depends on what the thread is about and the info contained. It's like a sliding scale with no exact points though..........if that makes sense.
