Just buy some quarter inch aluminum or steel or (or whatever they make rings out of), bring it over to a lathe, make a cylinder with an outer diameter slightly larger than finger, then drill out an inner hole. Next, bring to a automated mill and engrave the FIRST logo.
Hmm.... i don't have the greatest machining experience... perhaps one of the engineers would care to explain their preferred methods of making rings with cooler machinery.
