The bolt it self has a flat milled down it's length. Each cam has a "d" hole.

Each wheel can be removed through the pocket. the openings are larger on the bottom to facilitate sprockets or other drive components. The center shaft is held in place with snap rings. Once the outside ring is removed the wheel is free to lift out....provided you've removed the chains.

There is no doubt this is a challenging chassis to assemble initially, but I'm hoping to be able to offer it much cheaper than the Universal Chassis. It has many of the same features and is "rock solid" once it is assembled.
