So, we're a small FTC team (3 insanely dedicated and enthusiastic members) who went to World in our rookie year (last year) and did OK there (Innovate Award). We are not related to a specific school - we're a community team. There's a few FLL teams in the area, there are only a couple FRC teams within 100 miles and none less than 45 minutes away, there are no other FTC teams in the county, the closest one is more than an hour away. Of the three team members, none of them go to a regular public school (1 private, 1 home school, and 1 independent study public school).

We want to get some more people on the team! The team members all agree, but we're not sure where to find people that fit into this group... We figure that 6 people on the team seems right (remember, unlike FRC the max team size is 10).

So how can we find those new members? We're looking for ideas!
