It's very confusing to other people on the message boards when you make things up that are incorrect and assert them as fact. Please don't do this.
The wireless bridge on the robot is a bridge regardless of if you're at home or at a competition. The device at the side of the field at competition is indeed an access point that the bridges on the robot connect to. The reason there are 6 antennas is because that access point has both 2.4GHz and 5GHz. Each band uses 3 antennas because it employs
MIMO technology.
