Version 2.0.50215 of the .NET Framework is outdated (and from what I've come across in a Google search, seems to be a beta version released in autumn, 2005). I'd recommend going to
www.windowsupdate.com and updating your system.
If that doesn't work for you (slow Internet connection, or other reason), you can download the latest
.NET Framework 2 release and I'd recommend getting the
Service Pack 1 as well.
