It will be run from a PC - I have a nice front panel set up, and some auxiliary functions (PID loop, simulated - for now - plant, user input, etc.) working.
What I really can't get to work is the algorithm outlined above. Data dependency and parallel executing just doesn't seem to go well with simple algorithms - I'm sure there's a way to get it to work, though.
