It's Monday night and we still have no results. I suspect that watching paint dry is one of Billfred's current hobbies, either that or latex paint fumes have gotten to him...

Ah, home ownership (even if it's a condo). A never ending struggle between maintenance, motivation, money and minutes.... I, for one, was elated to hear that Billfred bought his own place: Misery loves company.
