Will cost a little bit to get started (for screenprinting stuff [I recommend the Speedball Kit] and paints), but it's easy to make as many as you want whenever you want.

Great. The last time I had an idea like this, I ended up driving a 1-ton, standard transmission flatbed truck to Houston and back in 1 day to pick up a 1,000 lb. industrial paper shredder that I bought on eBay. So I guess compared to that, this is pretty mild.
