Re: Physical Limits In Assemblies

Here is how I check for collisions using inventor 2010 in my assemblies:

I set up a drive constraint on my parts and the check the box for collision detection. It will stop the movement of your assembly and show you where you have material going through. It is under more options button (>>) to see this box to check.


If you want to do this on a non-driven feature. Under the inspect tab you will find analyze interference.
