I own many speed controls but they are all made by Novak. I've heard that those Tekin Rebels were pretty good for their price though. I can tell you how to set up the Novak ones if you like. My advise is to contact an RC magazine such as RC Car Action

Also, you might try searching on eBay for a Tekin Rebel and ask the seller if he can send you a photocopy of the manual if he has it or tell you how to set it up.
