Good Luck to everyone who applies!
Thanks Chris. As mentioned earlier, we think that the grant program for this year will have something of potential interest for almost every FRC team. We put the "Sustaining Grant" program in place this year to address a specific problem that teams have been telling us about since last winter. Particularly given the FIRST organization's myopic obsession with growth, we were concerned that no one was going to address assisting the existing struggling teams with finding a way to survive. We know that many long-term teams are concerned about their ability to survive in the current economic environment, and we wanted to do something to help with at least the most dire situations. We hope this will help.
