Lego Education sells an omni wheel this year.
You should have got a pair in your standard competition kit. If you didn't get the full kit, you can order them from PITSCO
Before you purchase anything that isn't LEGO or TETRIX read the competition rules. There are VERY specific things that you can use, and the rest is NOT permitted. Using an ilegal part will disqualify your robot.
Don't guess.... make sure.
