I bought a nice (and cheap) little HD video camera that we used in the 2009 season to record every match. The matches were put on a laptop and indexed to teams through a simple spreadsheet. We could show the drive team what they were up against in real time and it made the scouting meetings much more productive. John Taylor did the filming with a tripod and most of the storing/indexing was done by only one other student. It was hard and tedious work, but they were careful and dedicated and did a terrific and useful job.
