Looking for the cheapest way to host a small site? Get an old 486 and put a nice version of Slackware on it  16 megs of ram and that processor will be fine to run apache. This works assuming you have an always-on connection. For a one-time fee of around 100-300 dollars, you can have a permanent site  That is what I do. Linux rules all.
Also, you should collect T-Shirts. Many teams are willing to trade shirts. One of our leaders manages to get quite a few. I believe he got well over a dozen at the Mid-Atlantic Regional and Nationals. Soon, those will be hanging on the rafters of the shop along with the team shirts of the years before.
