I would like to take a second to mention the red rep option for new members, Is there any way we can have rep get reset at 20 posts so that if a new person comes on and makes some honest mistakes (and we as a community ream them out for it) we can give them a second chance? Still have them earn positive or negative rep in that time but if it is very negative reset it so they can start out fresh hopefully realizing their mistake. (By the way, don't make the mistake I made and look through the user list sorted by ascending Rep, looking at some of the posts I am in shock and mildly appalled)
The next 3 points, The Game is a game, an opinion is an opinion and we would all do well to respect each other because in May the game is done, whoever wins won, and we all still have to put up with each other.

Step 10

Look at a lot of Jane's posts, she edits a good number, as do quite a few people. Sometimes it isn't until you posted and came back to read a reply that you notice a typo.
