im not sure if your aware of this rule. you seem to not understand that a 2 foot ziptie is illegal. If you cut the ziptie down to 11 inches long it might be legal but i would ask the official rules forum.
It has been asked and answered--shortened 2 footers are not legal. From the official Q&A fourm:
