) but in my limited experience if you want to go from COMPLETE scrach and you know how to configure a server set up ftp, http, etc. Then
http://www.rackspacecloud.com/ is quite good. It's designed around a pay-as-you-go system and it's quite cheap. They also offer a 30 day trial.
