I could certainly be wrong, but I believe that where you specify the size of the FFT, which can be different than the size of the array specifies whether you have an FFT, a zero padded FFT, or a DFT.

I don't have access to the laptop with the FRC LV, but I thought that the FRC LV included advanced analysis, and therefore the Mathscript node. If the Functions menu contains the blue script node, you can use the goertzel. Mine has it, but as I said, it isn't a strict FRC installation. Be sure you aren't simply looking in the simple palettes.
