This is what I call stress testing, I know at work we hate writing stored procedures where there is no data and the customer isn't 100% sure how data will be filled. Sometimes we guess wrong and a join is out of order and the performance just goes down the drain. We once had a customer go live only to find out that the sprocs that ran great when we had a dozen records ran like a smoked motor with 1 million records. It is better to find those issues when you are testing than when your customer is trying to produce parts. (Trust me, they get REALLY whiny when they can't run production) I would think Google would love having us hammer away on their system.
