I like the idea of the wave for simple chatting while the kickoff is in process as a means of being social and a way to ask quick questions without clogging the threads in ChiefDelphi. Having a conversation with people from all over FIRST is fun, but it can never replace the forum.

My thoughts:

Wave- Quick chatting during kickoff in a fun way, but still a productive discussion format.
Forum- Where the REAL discussion takes place.

And I will agree with Andrew, the content in the wave has been surprisingly pleasant and professional.
