"When I tried to get into the system to complete my son's release, I was told by the system that my email address was already in use. I'm guessing because I'm in TIMS with the same email. At this point, I can't even exercise control over my own son's dad!"
I am a Main Contact and a parent. I used a second email to convince the system I could be both. It worked.
I also agree with the mentor tracking issue, but this is a system still in process.
