I would be stunned if you recieved labview 9.0.
We have been beta testing with 8.X.X. I doubt they'd be beta testing with a version they don't intend to use.
It has been posted on the First Robotics Labview 2010 Beta forums since October 19th 2009 that Windows 7 is not supported this year. Here:

It was also posted on Bill's Blog (as shown above).
That's not to say you can't get it to run - we have 3 computers I'm aware of running windows 7 and the beta labview without an issue. Each portion had to be installed individually, but it did work for us. That's just to say that you shouldn't expect it to actually work.
