We've been fresh out for about 3 years now. We had what the entire school was excited to call "snow" a few weeks ago, where you could kind of see flakes coming down, and they turned to water about an inch before they hit the ground.
Of course, I guess it's fair that northerners can laugh at us for what we call "cold", because we can laugh at them during summer with their sweltering highs in the 80's
