This morning when I was watching the some of the pre-race TV coverage for todays 9th Brickyard 400 in Indianapolis on channel 13 WTHR, I saw something to my surprise. Robby Gordon, driver of the number 31 Richard Childress Racing Cingular Wireless car, was interviewed while on a segway!!!
He had recently fractured both ankles during a motorcycle accident. His team had bought some Segways for him and some team members. I thought it was pretty cool.
One step closer towards Segways becomming mainstream.
