Is your goal to exactly match the colors on the FIRST logo? I think that would be going a bit too far in pursuit of following the rules.
<R07> states the red and blue colors must be as close to solid red and blue as reasonable

I think the whole "corresponding color" bit was to make it so teams don't use like navy blue and dark pink for their colors. Purple, in my mind, would be out of the question.
Anyway, I'll leave it up to a future poster to communicate the color codes and where to get fabric. <R07> part E says it should be "1000 dernier Cordura PlusŪ" fabric. I'll ask my coach where we ordered our fabric in the past years.
