Re: Imaging Tool does not find cRIO

Try simplifying the networking. Connect the cRIO directly to the computer you'll use for imaging. Turn off the other network interface cards including wireless, and turn off or make exceptions for the firewall. It may not be necessary to do all of these steps, but these were often the issues seen last year.
