Sorry for all the dumb questions that i could answer myself, but i just had a little encounter with a Windows 2000 Service Pack 3...apparently, if u download teh network installer, it screws up if run from explorer (Not internet explorer, just plain old explorer...windows) SO, the fix is to close explorer before you start the install...Hmmm....as scooby doo once said "Rat Raint RIGHT!" Good luck to the rest of you with SP3, and thanx for all the info on Arnold!

sp3 works fine if you get the right one for your machine via windows update. My upgrade went perfectly
