"ELEVATED: A ROBOT that is completely above the plane of the PLATFORM and in contact with the TOWER shall be considered ELEVATED."
Because field elements including the tower are neither an elevated robot nor a suspended robot, it seems to me that a robot which is hanging on either a suspended robot or elevated robot but is also in contact with the tower is not suspended and, depending on the altitude, possibly not elevated.

Anyone can watch Westcoast Choppers and see adults build things, but FIRST is great because it encourages kids to do the building and adults to do the watching.
