4. If a robot is SUSPENDED or ELEVATED and a ball rolls below it, does that violate <G46>?
5. How much time will alliances be allotted to change bumper colors between quarter-finals and semi-finals, or between semi-finals and finals, if they have to play back-to-back matches?
