I have read the rules, well up to <R26> at the moment. I'm still going.
<R07.a> is the part that applies to this design. But I can't tell if it would be legal...

BUMPERS must provide complete protection of the entire FRAME PERIMETER of the ROBOT (i.e. BUMPERS must wrap entirely around the ROBOT).
