According to the field drawings, specifically GE-10033, it's about 24 inches out from the wall. Field drawings can be found with the Manual, listed under Section 6. GE-10033 and GE-10035 cover the ramp in question.
The angle: Well, GE-10033 gives an angle with a 24" base and a 7.25" height.
