Hi all,
I've been trying to update the firmware on the Cypress board(I don't know what it is called
) using the Classmate given to us. Classmate my team has did not recognize the board at all. I tried doing it several times but I couldn't get it to sync with the Classmate. So, I just used my own personal laptop to update the firmware on Cypress and worked. Even with the updated firmware, Classmate did not pick up the Cypress board even on the dashboard.vi.
What could be the reason why Classmate is not recognizing the board? Is there a fix to this problem?
side note: USB ports are working fine
